How Does It Work? A Toastmasters meeting is a learn-by-doing workshop in which participants hone their speaking and leadership skills in a no-pressure atmosphere. Our ELITE Toastmasters club meetings typically have 10 – 20 members in attendance who meet biweekly. A typical meeting lasts 45 – 60 minutes.
